Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of dropshipping, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Items used, installed, or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Your order number

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
